13.102 Staffordshire Flat Back Stand. Circa 1850

This Staffordshire flat back stand is a variation on the common model of 3 maidens. The female figures are wearing top and dresses crossed with shawls but have been painted differently than commonly found. The stand is topped with a two turtle doves. The central area is the watch holder and this moulded aperture is decorated with hand applied brush strokes in differing colours. The stand measures 175mm wide x 755mm deep x 250mm high. The stand is in 95% mint condition
