13.105 Staffordshire Flat Back Stand. Circa 1850

This Staffordshire flat back stand is an unusual example. The tall stand has an entwined courting couple in the centre; both are decorated in traditional wear. They are surrounded by large vine leaves and grapes. Above them is the watch holder and aperture. This is flanked by two naked children. The stand has an oval base decorated with foliage. The stand measures 16mm wide x 75mm deep x 320mm high. The stand is in 95% mint condition
